In the New Post form, you can get help writing your post with AI. You can write instructions to be sent to Chat GPT, and in a few seconds your post will be written automatically. Below are some sample ideas for how to get Chat GPT to write a good post for you.

  • Write me a LinkedIn style post congratulating my employees on a great quarter. Mention big sales wins, and onboarding more customers than any quarter previously.
  • Write a social media post in the style of a good dude saying how much he misses his bro friends.
  • Write a food blog intro paragraph explaining the benefits of letting steak rest before serving.
  • Write a travel blog post about traveling to Paris and how amazing all the food and art is there.

When you use the "Write Post with AI" functionality, only the prompt you enter in the text box will be sent to Chat GPT. Be careful not to enter anything personal that you wouldn't want Chat GPT having access to.

Flurrio uses AI services in two ways: when you ask Chat GPT to write a post for you (see FAQ questions above), and for automatic content moderation, so that mature content is properly tagged to keep Flurrio a safe environment for everyone.

Properly tagging mature content is a strict requirement of the Apple and Google app stores.

The content you upload is never used to train AI.

To automatically tag mature content, and check if content should remain on Flurrio, we use a combination of in-house algorithms and AI, plus Amazon Rekognition. Images and Video you upload are run through Amazon Rekognition automatically. We have an AI Services Opt-Out Policy in place with AWS to ensure your content is not stored or used for service improvements.

We take our users' privacy very seriously, and long-term we would like to bring all content moderation in-house. However, at this time, using AWS Rekognition combined with the Opt-Out Policy is the best way to balance the need for the security of user content and the requirement to maintain a safe environment with content properly tagged.

Yes, Connections can see the name of the list they are added to. It will be shown on the posts you share with them, near the bottom of the post.

Connections cannot see all the names of lists you create; only the ones they are added to.

To publish posts to Facebook on your behalf, you must have a Facebook Page.

On the New Post form, click/tap the Connect an Account button and follow the instructions in the dialogue window that pops up:

  • Select "Facebook" from the platform dropdown, and click Authorize.
  • A window will open and take you through the Facebook login process, where you'll need to grant Flurrio permission to share to your Facebook Page.
  • When you are done with the Facebook authorization flow, close the Facebook login window (it might close automatically), and click Next in the "Connect an Account" dialogue. Select your Facebook Page from the dropdown list, and click Connect.
  • Then when you create a post on the New Post screen, you should be able to select the linked account at the bottom of the screen.

To publish posts to Instagram on your behalf, you must first log in to Facebook and create a Facebook Page for the account.

Then, in the Facebook Page settings, connect the Facebook Page to the Instagram account you want to share to. Only Instagram Creator or Business Accounts are supported. Instagram Personal accounts are not supported.

On the New Post form, click/tap the Connect an Account button and follow the instructions in the dialogue window that pops up:

  • Select "Instagram" from the platform dropdown, and click Authorize.
  • A window will open and take you through the Facebook login process, where you'll need to grant Flurrio permission to share to the Instagram account connected to your Facebook Page.
  • When you are done with the Facebook authorization flow, close the Facebook login window (it might close automatically), and click Next in the "Connect an Account" dialogue. Select your Instagram account from the dropdown list, and click Connect.
  • Then when you create a post on the New Post screen, you should be able to select the linked account at the bottom of the screen.

Make sure your Instagram account is an Instagram Creator or Business account, and that it is linked to a Facebook Page you manage. You can link your Instagram account to a Facebook Page in the Page Settings on Facebook.

Even when linking to Instagram, you'll need to log into your Facebook account in the authorization popup to select the linked Instagram account. This is a requirement from Meta (Facebook).

Meta (Facebook) requires the account to be an Instagram Creator or Business Account, or a Facebook Page. Unfortunately they do not allow the API to be used to publish to personal accounts.

There could have been a connection issue with the Facebook servers, or your authorization could have expired. Try re-authorizing the connection in the Settings > External Accounts screen, and try again.
